Are only Goths invited, what if I'm not really a goth?Anyone is invited who purchases a special event ticket for Goth on the Mountain. If you enjoy the aesthetic and/or the music then come on out and enjoy the night. The purpose of the event is to give Goths and those of like mind a safe space to enjoy the park and make new friends.

Is this an all ages family event?This is an all- ages, family-friendly event and Goths of all ages are encouraged to attend and enjoy the attractions. There is something for everyone!

Where can I buy tickets?Tickets for the Goth on the Mountain event can be purchased several ways. For regular event tickets you can purchase directly from the Six Flags Magic Mountain website using Promo Code: GOTH and are $130 each. For the Concert Package and the VIP package you can purchase them from the Goth on the Mountain website at www.GothOnTheMountain.com or in person at Dr. Strange Records located at 7136 Amethyst Ave, Alta Loma, Ca 91701 between 11:00 am - 7:00 pm, 7 days a week.

What happens if the event gets canceled and I already bought my ticket?Should event be cancelled all sold tickets may be used for regular park admission during the 2022 operating season. Please email about a VIP and Concert package refund.

What if I lose my ticket?Event tickets are digital tickets and you should be able to pull up a barcode that the Six Flags Magic Mountain staff can scan. If you have the Concert Package or the VIP Package those tickets are non refundable and non replaceable. Only hard tickets are accepted so please keep your ticket in a safe place until the night of the event.

Can I buy tickets at the gate?Tickets can be purchased the day of the event at the ticket booth in the front of the park. Look for the one with the Goth on the Mountain Banner in front of it. The ticket window closes at 9:00pm so please plan accordingly. Be sure you come prepared to pay with a debit/credit/prepaid card. No cash is accepted at the park.

How much do the events cost?Each event is priced to be affordable and enjoyable. Children 8 and under attend for free. Register for events on the Website under Gargoyle Gala or through the Shop Tea Party - $30 (3 hours) Pool Party - $10 non- hotel guests/ No Cost for Hotel Guests Silent Disco - $15 per headset Seance - $45 per person, only 12 people per session. A total of 4 sessions will be completed. Tea Leaf Readings - $15 Personal Reading (15 min) - $30 Personal Reading (30 min) - $75 Personal Reading (60 min)- $125 Full package ( not including personal readings or tea leaf readings )- $75

Is there ADA Accessibility?Six Flags’ Attraction Access Program is designed to accommodate guests with disabilities or certain other qualifying impairments so they may participate in the enjoyment of our Parks. Each attraction at Six Flags has been evaluated for the criteria necessary for an individual to ride safely. We strive to make sure that Six Flags is fun and accessible for everyone and lots of guests with disabilities enjoy the park every day. To learn more click here.

What ages can partake in the Gargoyle Gala events?The Gargoyle Gala is a family friendly, all-ages event. Every activity is designed for any age range. Children 8 and over must purchase a ticket. Any child under 8 can participate for free.

What is the dress code?We encourage everyone to dress up and chose the fall so you can have the best choices available to choose from, however, we are subjected to the regular rules and policies of Six Flags Magic Mountain. Please refer to their site here if you have specific questions or would like to read the park's policies on dress code.

Do I have to be from the Inland Empire to attend?No, you do not have to be from the Inland Empire to attend. The event is hosted by a group from that area, but this event is open to All Goths Everywhere.

Are the rides open?YES! The entire park is open for this event including Bugs Bunny World. The rides will be operating but are subject to change without notice, however, the goal is to have the full park operational for our event!

Do you have lockers?Yes, Six Flag Magic Mountain does have lockers available on site for your convenience. Lockers must be purchased with a debit/credit/or prepaid card. No cash will be accepted.

Is parking included with my ticket purchase?Yes parking is included with every ticket purchased for the Goth on the Mountain event. Parking is free the day of the event, September 16, 2022 beginning at 6:00 pm with the proof of special event ticket purchase. The free parking does not include access to the parking lot during regular park hours, only during our special event times.

What if I'm still in line when the park closes?Once the park closes, the rides will continue to board the people who are already in line until the line is completed. As long as you are in line before closing you will get to ride the ride.

What if I don't like roller coasters?We understand that some people don't or can't ride roller coasters and that's ok. You can still come and enjoy a great night out with 3 haunting mazes to choose from "Condemned, Willoughby’s, and Red’s". There is no extra cost for the mazes. There will also be live DJs on the Full Throttle Stage, and the Metro Park Pub. For an additional cost you can even enjoy a live concert featuring Assemblage 23 and T.S.O.L along with a special guest TBA! And of course, there is always networking with your other Goths in the community!

What age is recommended for the mazes?Age limits is up to the parents but we do recommend 10 and up. These mazes are made to frighten and have jump scares and other horror elements. Please use your best judgement when taking small children through.

Are there kid rides?Yes, Six Flags Magic Mountain offers Bugs Bunny World for thrill seekers in training. This lovely area is filled with pint sized rides and lots of excitement for those who are too small for the larger roller coasters. There are also carnival games and shows to keep your little ghoul or goyle having just as much fun as everyone else.

What food options will I have?Your meal pass allows you one meal, one snack, and unlimited soft drinks anywhere in the park. Look for the dining pass symbol on the menu to see which items are available to you. Some items can be upgraded for a small fee, but remember cards only. Six Flags Magic Mountain is a cash free park. There are many options to choose from around the park from burgers to tacos to pizza to the delicious black bean burger! The park offers something for everyone.

What makes the concert package different from the others?The concert package includes one ticket to obtain access to the Golden Bear Theater for the London After Midnight, and Assemblage 23, Glass Spells, and Male Tears in concert. Only concert tickets will be permitted into the theater no exceptions. There are a limited number of concert tickets available and when they are sold out there will be no further tickets available.

Can I pick where I sit for the concert?The Golden Bear Theater is set up in amphitheater seating. VIP Package holders will have early access to the theater and seating is on a first come basis. There are no reserved seats but we do ask that any handicap seating please be reserved for those in need of it. All areas of the theater provide a clear view to the stage. Please refer to the photo for an idea of seating arrangements.

What if I want the VIP package but I'm not 21 years old?It's ok if you are under 21 years old you can still purchase the VIP package. Instead of getting 2 drink tickets you can get a T-shirt instead. The VIP Lounge serves non alcoholic beverages also.

What makes the VIP Package differentThe VIP Package offers everything the Event Ticket and Concert Package have to offer along with these additional benefits: Early entry to the concert: A special VIP Lounge for VIPs only; A skip the line pass; 2 drink tickets or T-shirt. VIP passes are limited to only 250 so VIPs can truly get the most out of their experience.

Do my kids have to have a VIP package also if they want to go to the concert or the lounge with me?Yes, every person who enters the concert must have at least the concert package to attend. Only VIP ticket holders will be allowed into the VIP lounge. Children under 3 do not need a ticket.

What if I want the VIP package but I don't drink alcohol?Even if you don't drink alcohol you can still get the most out of our VIP Package. We can provide you with an event T-shirt in lieu of drink tickets, and the VIP Lounge serves non-alcoholic beverages also. So don't hesitate to enjoy all that the VIP pass can offer.

Can I attend the concert with the VIP Package?Yes, you have access to the concert featuring London After Midnight, Assemblage 23, Glass Spells, and Male Tears along with early entry. Gates open at 8:30 pm and VIP can get in as early as 8:15 pm!

Is there a fee to attend and participate?There is No fee to attend the hotel where the Gargoyle Gala Events take place. Each individual event has a price and can be purchased in the Shop. Hotel guests can attend the pool party at no cost but must RSVP. There is a vendor market (The Misfit Market) and you are welcome to peruse the goods at no cost and to enjoy the hotel bar and lounge facilities at no cost.

What is the Gargoyle Gala?The Gargoyle Gala is a day of events hosted at the official event hotel, The Courtyard by Marriott Santa Clarita. The events happen the day after the amusement park, Saturday, September 17, 2022. The events begin at 12 noon and go throughout the day. You can choose one or all of the events. The Tea Party (12 pm - 3pm), The Pool Party (4pm -8pm), The Silent Disco (9pm -1am), and Small Group Seances or personal readings with our Psychic Intuitive Kali. Event can be purchased under the Gargoyle Gala tab or in the Shop.

How do I become a vendor?To vend you can go to the Misfit Market menu tab and click the sub tab for Vendor Registration. Spaces are limited and all the details are on the web page.

Do I have to attend the Amusement park event to attend the Misfit Market?You do NOT have to attend the main event at Six Flags Magic Mountain to enjoy the Misfit Market and Gargoyle Gala.

What is the Misfit MarketThe Misfit Market is a vendor pop up during the Goth on the Mountain event weekend. The Misfit Market is both Friday, September 16 and Saturday, September 17, 2022 from 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm. A vendor list and links can be found under the Misfit Market menu tab on the website.
Six Flags Magic Mountain is now a Cash Free park. All purchases must be made either with Google Pay, Apple Pay, on a credit or debit card, or you can convert cash onto a prepaid debit card at kiosks located inside and around the park for your convenience. Prepaid gift cards are also accepted!
